Discerning Investigators Need A Base Of Operations

There are two types of lobby. Apartment lobby, and HQ lobby.

Apartments serve as a players personal lobby, they will be customizable. Players can invite friends over, but if they want to run missions you all will need to migrate to a MP lobby.

HQ's are MP lobbies, they can run non-team, based multiplayer, and then if a group of players want to form a team, they will become customizable like the SP lobby.

In regards to team HQs they will function similarily to personal lobbies except they are a shared space, any money spent on customizations or improvements is from the player who requests it.
